Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Oversee and manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits

Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions

Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions for employee relations issues

Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees

Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans

Conduct regular audits of payroll procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy

Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits

Provide support during open enrollment and communicate benefits information to employees

Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration

Stay current with federal and state employment laws and regulations

Update and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization

Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to implement development programs

Facilitate training sessions on various HR-related topics
