Responsibilities
Advise clients on a wide range of M&A transactions, including strategic and financial sponsor deals
Draft and negotiate transaction documents with precision and efficiency
Manage and supervise junior associates and coordinate with specialists across practice areas
Support clients through all stages of complex transactions, including joint ventures and minority investments
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Previous law firm experience required; Am Law 200, leading regional, or major boutique firm experience preferred
4–8 years of experience in a high-volume M&A practice
Strong academic credentials (GPA 3.5 or above)
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Ability to work on large, complex deals and interact directly with clients
Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor junior attorneys
Preferred
Experience with joint ventures, venture capital financings, and minority investment transactions
Background in handling transactions valued in the billions or tens of billions
Good tenure and stability in prior roles
