Intern - Assistant Project Manager (Technologies)

Responsibilities
Assist with project documentation (submittals, RFIs, material tracking, job cost entries)
Support coordination and preplanning by reviewing drawings and schedules
Attend project meetings to observe team communication and coordination
Learn to identify critical path activities and their impact on workflow
Observe procurement, vendor coordination, and productivity tracking
Participate in data and fiber system installations and jobsite safety reviews
Maintain records for project progress, costs, and quality
Engage in learning sessions on BICSI standards and project documentation
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student working toward a degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Interest in project management, technology systems, and construction operations
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Desire to learn how safety, quality, and efficiency are achieved in a real-world project environment
Undergrad Junior status or above
Remain calm and focused in a constantly changing environment
Ability to work within the hours of Monday through Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm
