Responsibilities

Review the portfolio management of loans to borrowers in various industries with a focus on leveraged lending
Perform fundamental credit analysis to provide independent risk recommendations to Credit Officers regarding risk ratings
Perform periodic credit review of the borrowers in the credit portfolio in terms of their financial performances, liquidity analysis, covenant compliance, business outlooks and collateral analysis
Closely monitor business, financial, and industry developments to maintain up to date risk ratings and portfolio outlooks

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study
Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial Analyst, Senior Accountant, Tax Consultant, or a related occupation
Experience with accounting, including calculating and interpreting key ratios
Experience evaluating a company's credit worthiness, identifying key financial and industry trends
Experience with key macroeconomic indicators and their business impact
Experience dissecting 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks and proxy statements to extract key financial, legal and strategic information
Experience with debt covenants and capital structure
Experience with valuations and the key factors that influence them
Experience conveying information to senior audiences
Advanced Excel including proficiency with formulas to support financial analysis
Experience with SQL and data analytics tools including Power BI and Tableau
Experience using GAAP and IFRS to navigate cross-border transactions and accurate financial interpretation
