Responsibilities

Provide a broad range of value-added investment solutions by proactive communications with financial intermediaries
Clearly articulate, understand and present the PGIM mutual fund product lines to generate sales and activity
Attain and/or exceed sales goals as set forth by management for the assigned territory and/or branches
Grow Defined Contribution sales production of assigned financial advisors, branches and firms through proactive calling efforts and use of web meeting tools
Meet or exceed productivity expectations as set forth by management
Provide timely follow-up, sales progress and support to Financial Advisors who have generated an Investment Review or other specific Defined Contribution sales tools

Required

3+ years of financial services experience in a sales capacity
Licenses - FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
Insurance Licensing will be required within 120 days of hire
Computer competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other programs such as Morning Star, Lipper, etc
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
Proven telephone and internet sales skills
Excellent organizational skills, highly motivated, professional manner, ability to manage a territory, a desire to succeed and grow with the firm
Strong desire to specialize in the Defined Contribution marketplace and continue to grow their expertise in Defined Contribution issues and strategies
