They are seeking a Full-Time Community Life Enrichment Director who will promote wellness and organize recreational activities to enhance the quality of life for residents across various care levels.

Responsibilities
A leadership role in the Community, this position is responsible for promoting a culture of wellness and the importance of achieving an optimal quality of life
Implements strategies for the planning, scheduling, and organizing of the wellness and recreational activities of the Community that promotes positive lifestyle choices. Strategies and programming are inclusive of all levels of care (Residential Living, Personal Care, Assisted Living, and Skilled Care)
Provides oversight for the planning and implementation of Life Enrichment programs at the Community
Recognize your role as part of the QAPI efforts of you organization
Attend training to build understanding and capacity to undertake QAPI work
Carry out QAPI roles and responsibilities as assigned
Effectively manages the Community Life Enrichment budget
Collects community data and tracks community outcomes
Support educational initiatives to promote wellness as a lifestyle choice
Assume the job duties of Volunteer Coordinator
Qualification
Required
B.S. or B.A. degree in related field
Speak and understand English
Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills
Knowledge of the social, psychological, and recreational needs of the aging
Valid driver's license
May need a CDL in some programs
Preferred
2 Years experience in wellness and/or life enrichment programming preferred
