This role involves ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and smooth coordination across drivers, internal departments, and transport partners in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor transport damages and assist in obtaining repair estimates from internal departments
Track driver ETAs and relay timely updates to the operations team
Maintain and regularly update transportation systems to ensure accurate and current data
Assist with ordering transportation for vehicle purchases and sold vehicles
Confirm transporter information for vehicle pickups, including occasional after-hours follow-up for urgent needs
Communicate professionally with vendors, internal teams, and operations staff to keep logistics moving efficiently
Support the operations team with additional clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Required

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and general office software
High attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently—especially in a remote setting

Preferred

Experience in logistics, transportation, automotive operations, or related fields
Ability to quickly and professionally resolve issues in urgent or time-sensitive situations
