Business Acceleration Partner, Campaign Intelligence

The Business Acceleration Partner will lead customer experiences with ODAIA's products, optimizing campaigns and providing strategic insights to enhance decision-making and drive ROI.

Responsibilities
In partnership with customers, lead and manage day-to-day campaign strategy and execution, optimization and reporting, strategic testing, budget recommendations, and billing and actualization
Apply strong analytical rigor to drive measurable campaign performance improvements, contributing to significant year-over-year growth across high-investment enterprise campaigns
Act as the strategic owner of customers’ omnichannel success post-deployment, ensuring Campaign Intelligence is embedded into ongoing commercial and marketing decision-making
Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial, brand, and analytics teams by interpreting Campaign Intelligence insights and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations
Consult with customers on campaign performance across channels (e.g., rep-driven and non-rep-driven), identifying what is working, what is not, and why
Collaborate with the agency, DSP, and other martech vendors of our customers to foster a true partnership mentality and cross-company culture of data-driven experimentation
Recommend ongoing optimizations to campaigns, targeting strategies, journeys, and media/ad spend based on observed HCP engagement and performance signals
Partner with customers to continuously refine omnichannel strategies, ensuring alignment between brand objectives, channel mix, and real-world execution
Lead regular performance reviews (monthly / quarterly), focused on incremental lift, impact, and ROI from omnichannel initiatives
Translate Campaign Intelligence outputs into clear narratives and executive-ready insights for senior stakeholders
Identify gaps in data, execution, or channel strategy and proactively propose updates to campaigns, experiments, and measurement approaches
Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Customer Success teams to surface customer feedback, inform roadmap priorities, and improve omnichannel capabilities
Support change management by helping customers evolve from static reporting to dynamic, insight-led omnichannel decision-making
Ensure customers maximize long-term value from Campaign Intelligence through continuous education, enablement, and strategic guidance
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in a client-facing, strategic role within SaaS, analytics, consulting, or technology-driven environments
Hands-on experience supporting omnichannel marketing, campaign analytics, or commercial strategy within Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare
Strong ability to interpret complex performance data and translate it into clear recommendations for campaign optimization and media investment
Experience advising customers on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and ongoing optimization, not just implementation
Deep understanding of the North American pharmaceutical marketing ecosystem, including brand teams, analytics, marketing operations, and commercial excellence
Proven ability to become a trusted strategic partner to customers and customer vendors, (such as agencies, activation partners etc…) influencing decisions across brand, marketing, and analytics stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where strategies evolve based on real-world results and insights
Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset with a consultative approach—focused on outcomes, impact, and ROI rather than outputs alone
Highly collaborative, proactive, and action-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
