Responsibilities
Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and reconciliations
Support daily dealership operations by ensuring timely and accurate data entry
Assist customers, vendors, and internal team members with questions or concerns
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company and industry policies
Qualification
Required
Previous accounting or administrative experience preferred; dealership experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of dealership management systems a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
