Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of contract processes and utilize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
Interface with internal teams to conduct process reviews
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders
Familiarize yourself with rules regarding gifts and hospitality for 25 localities
Research specific scenarios for gifts in all 50 states
Review 30 state contracts and finish assessing risk categorization of terms
Assist with RFP/RFQ guidance and creating contract administration procedures for key contracts
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience
4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating state and local contracts
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or additional work experience
Experience with federal government contracts a plus
