Checkout.com is a global payments solutions provider that powers billions of transactions annually. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to manage all corporate tax aspects of their US and Americas operations, ensuring compliance and providing strategic tax advice.

Responsibilities

Key tax point of contact for regional teams (across finance, legal, commercial etc) to provide assurance and alignment across common workstreams

Implementing and maintaining appropriate transfer pricing policies and documentation (with support from advisers)

Owning direct tax compliance and reporting for legal entities across our US and Americas operations, with support from other members of the tax team and outsourced tax compliance service providers

Assist the business with direct tax advice on strategic projects (such as international expansion and new products) on an adhoc basis

Close collaboration with the Tax team on:

Automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of tax processes, and

Other group-led tasks such as Pillar 2, Country-by-country reporting and cash tax management
