Workday Integrations Analyst
Hale International is partnering with a healthcare organization in the US to find a Workday Integrations Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain Workday integrations, particularly focusing on Benefits, while collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations across the HCM suite, with significant focus on Benefits
Partner with the Benefits team and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, compliant integration solutions
Develop and support advanced Workday reporting to enable integrations and meet business needs (Matrix and Composite reporting is a plus)
Collaborate with the HRIS team in a ticket-based support model, handling integration, reporting, and enhancement requests
Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve integrations and related Workday configurations to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on Workday integrations experience, with strong expertise building EIB and Core Connector integrations is essential
Strong expertise in Advanced Reporting is required
Detail-oriented and customer-service focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, acquisition-heavy environment
Proactive self-starter who identifies problems, drives solutions forward, and partners effectively with stakeholders
Preferred
Workday Pro Certification is a major plus
