Project Coordinator/ITSM Analyst (PST Timezone)

The Redesign Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/ITSM Analyst with proven experience supporting complex projects in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment. Responsibilities

Assist in the development, tracking, and updating of project schedules
Coordinate internal and external meetings using Calendly/Zoom and calendar platforms (e.g., Outlook)
Ensure alignment of project scope and project intake
Track orders from initiation through delivery
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues or delays
Maintain accurate order details and status reports
Manage project calendars, schedule recurring check-ins, and send reminders to stakeholders
Coordinate executive and team availability across time zones
Prepare and compile closeout documentation, including deliverables, sign-offs, and customer surveys
Maintain project folders and ensure version control and accessibility of documents
Run and analyze reports related to service requests, order status, project performance, and team metrics
Sprint management (Jira)
Create PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries based on data findings
Use Excel pivot tables, charts, and functions to support data-driven decision-making
Develop and maintain Jira filters, dashboards, and queries to track project progress and team workload
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends and process optimization opportunities within ITSM workflows
Serve as a point of contact for project intake, order tracking escalation, and general coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on reporting deliverables and timelines

Required

2–5 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably in the IT or enterprise technology sector
Experience with Dell product lifecycle, order systems, and vendor coordination is strongly preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Strong familiarity with Calendly and Zoom or similar scheduling platforms
Experience working with Jira for issue tracking, reporting, and dashboard configuration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Able to work effectively in a PST time zone remote environment

Preferred

Experience with the Dell Product Catalog and managing projects that involve both onsite and remote resources
Knowledge of procurement and logistics workflows within tech companies
Familiarity with IT deployment, installation, and closeout procedures
Exposure to ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools used in service management
