Responsibilities
Assist with the development, updating, and organization of training materials, job aids, and reference resources
Support Learning Management System (LMS) tasks such as uploading content, tracking completions, and generating basic reports
Help gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to support training improvements
Assist with basic instructional design tasks, including formatting content and creating simple learning activities
Support training sessions by assisting with logistics, materials, and virtual or in-person setup
Help capture or organize photos, videos, or content used for learning purposes
Perform administrative and project support tasks to assist ongoing L&D initiatives
Qualification
Required
Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
Curious, organized, and interested in learning how training and development programs are created and delivered
Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Undergrad Junior status or above
Interest in learning and development, training, or human resources
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Basic design or content creation familiarity
Ability to work within the hours of Monday through Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm
Hours will vary and can be worked around course schedules
