They are seeking a strategic, performance-driven Sales Manager to lead their Eastern US Construction Sales team, overseeing sales strategies and building strong customer relationships in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team focused on selling IMAGINiT solutions including Autodesk Construction Solutions, Bluebeam, Leica, IP, and Consulting Services
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
Foster a results-oriented and collaborative culture
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets in the construction sector
Own sales forecasting, pipeline health, and business planning using Salesforce
Drive team alignment with broader company goals and go-to-market initiatives
Guide your team in building strong relationships with C-level executives, project managers, and key stakeholders
Lead by example in high-value customer engagements, including presentations and negotiations
Partner with technical, marketing, and product teams to align sales initiatives with customer needs
Support technical pre-sales activities and ensure delivery of compelling demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics within construction and digital transformation
Help identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and verticals for expansion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven track record managing sales teams, preferably in software or construction technology
Strong familiarity with Autodesk solutions or platforms such as Procore, Trimble, or Primavera
Skilled in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
