Personal Assistant / Household Manager
Career Group is seeking a trusted Personal Assistant/Household Manager for UHNW Principals in Bergen County. The role involves supporting daily coordination, home operations, and general organization across several residences, primarily assisting one Principal with day-to-day needs and serving as the main point of contact for household staff and vendors.

Responsibilities
Coordinating daily schedules, appointments, reminders, and general administration
Handling communication with household staff (housekeepers, driver, supers, contractors)
Organizing home-related tasks: maintenance, repairs, deliveries, and vendor visits
Helping prepare and oversee needs for the NYC, Miami, and NJ properties, as well as coordination for international properties
Light purchasing, returns, errands, and tracking of household items
Supporting, planning, and executing logistics for all private travel (domestic and international)
Creating/updating home systems to keep tasks organized and running smoothly
Maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and a calm presence at all times
Assist with planning and executing a variety of high-caliber events and coordinating philanthropic efforts
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting UHNW families, executives, or households with multiple properties
Warm, patient, discreet, and respectful—able to build trust/rapport
Highly organized, steady, and dependable with excellent follow-through skills
Able to anticipate needs without being intrusive
Calm presence who brings order, structure, and reliability
Tech-comfortable (basic calendars, messaging, shared docs, tech support)
Experience with dogs is important
