Empyreal Logistics is a growing Cash Logistics company seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join their team. The Senior Security Monitoring Agent (SSMA) is responsible for managing the team of Security Monitoring Agents, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while providing leadership and support to maintain the safety and security of client currency assets.

Responsibilities

Provide continuous observation and surveillance of Empyreal sites and vehicles

Coordinate efforts to effectively safeguard assets and enhance the safety of staff

Report incidents or suspicious activity to the supervisors and branch leadership or company management utilizing established procedures

Responsible for the prioritization and management of critical and non-critical events including but not limited to access control, safety breaches, intrusion detection, video tours and emergency response

Respond appropriately to events by evaluating the situation and reviewing the surveillance cameras

Gather data and document proper systems as required

Inform supervisor; field management; or law enforcement/EMS of any serious safety, business jeopardy or other operational situations

Document event history and update information as appropriate in our daily activity and incident reports in a concise, informative and accurate manner

Provide ongoing administrative support for the SOC and assistance to Shift Supervisor (SSMA)

Advise SSMA of any changes in database information or procedure that needs to be updated

Ensure that Empyreal standards regarding quality and productivity are maintained

Assist with testing and evaluation of new security technologies

Answer incoming calls as necessary

Assist with special projects and perform other duties as requested by management

Required

Knowledge of security architecture, security policies and procedures, intrusion detection, vulnerability management, and best practices required

Knowledge of CCTV and Access control systems is required

Proficiency with Microsoft windows-based hardware and software, Google Android based mobile devices, GPS tracking systems, facility security access systems, security access systems, and other security devices, equipment, and peripherals is required

The ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, clients, vendors, and service providers is required

Must have excellent observation skills and attention to detail

Excellent information retention and recall required

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Ability to work under pressure dictated by event schedules and project timetables

Ability to read, understand and interpret written and verbal instructions and reports
