Responsibilities
Monitor and control inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate inventory records
Manage deliveries, schedules, and ensure timely and accurate product distribution
Maintain optimal stock levels, identify gaps or excesses, and help minimize obsolete or slow-moving inventory
Install, configure, and manage inventory management solutions, including Vending, VMI (Vendor-Managed Inventory), and crib systems
Prepare and deliver business reports, inventory updates, and operational insights for management
Stock delivered products, service inventory stations, and ensure all customer locations are properly maintained
Scan and download product orders to support efficient replenishment and workflow accuracy
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
Assist customers via phone, email, or in person to resolve issues and maintain strong service relationships
Qualification
Required
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
The ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet 50–75% of the day
