CHILD SUPPORT ATTORNEY I/II/III

Qualification
Required
Active membership, in good standing, with the State Bar of California
One (1) year as a practicing attorney-at-law for Child Support Attorney II
Two (2) years as a practicing attorney-at-law for Child Support Attorney III
Incumbents must obtain and maintain Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ) clearance as a condition of employment
