Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Experience using Muckrack/LEFTY influencer tracking is a plus, but is not required
Experience with executing client events is a plus, but not required
Must be detailed oriented, possess strong organizational and time management skills, solutions oriented
Positive, proactive and hard-working attitude
Ability to assist and lead on multiple client accounts at once
Eager to work in a very fast-paced industry

Required

At least 3+ years of experience with beauty/wellness accounts
Currently securing celebrity and influencer placements
Knowledgeable in facilitating gifting and loans
Strong contacts with make-up artists, stylists and celebrity teams for gifting
Based in LA and able to work in office on a hybrid schedule
Flexible individual with the skill-set to manage multiple accounts
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Well-versed with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Detailed oriented
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Solutions oriented
Positive, proactive and hard-working attitude
Ability to assist and lead on multiple client accounts at once
Eager to work in a very fast-paced industry

Experience with executing client events
