Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts in retail and events division, specifically customer acquisition and customer retention
Work as a Brand Ambassador, day-to-day working with customers face to face at local venues
Upsell, cross sell, and trouble products and services
Territory management
Tracking data to evaluate market trends to communicate with campaign team including sales managers, team leaders, and client success
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in retail, events, event management, brand ambassador work, account management, or related field
High school diploma required
Drivers license required
Preferred
Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador is a plus
Experience with salesforce or other CRM
