As a Maintenance Engineer, you will coordinate services to maintain buildings and properties, completing maintenance tasks and managing outside contractors as needed.

Responsibilities
Coordinate a variety of services to assure buildings, grounds, and properties are always well maintained and in good repair
Maintain condition of the properties with regards to all aspects of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and painting work
Personally complete maintenance and remodeling tasks
Arrange to have maintenance and remodeling tasks done by outside contractors as needed
Manage your time effectively with operations to keep up with tight deadlines and many other demands at one time
Qualification
Required
At least two years of building maintenance experience, including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair
Ability to evaluate cost-effectiveness and implement preventative maintenance measures
Strong decision-making and communication skills
Responsible, mature, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be comfortable working with individuals living in our group homes with various disabilities
High school diploma required
Preferred
Relevant certifications in maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related areas
Experience with drywall repair
Finish carpentry skills
