Qualification
Required
BS Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years of PennDOT inspection or related highway construction experience
PE License in Pennsylvania, or NICET Level IV in Highway Construction, or PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification
NECEPT Field Technician Certification, and NICET Level III Certification
Ability to interpret written specifications, plans, and construction documents
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, supervisors, and inspectors
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
