Responsibilities
Prepare complaints, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
Conduct first-pass reviews of pleadings and filings for accuracy and compliance
Perform targeted legal research to support ongoing cases
Summarize findings and provide recommendations to supervising attorneys
Review and analyze case files, deposition transcripts, and discovery materials
Communicate with supervising attorneys to ensure alignment on case strategy
Coordinate with paralegals and staff to maintain deadlines and case progress
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in California
One to three (1–3) years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting
Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
Professional demeanor and commitment to client service
