Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) is seeking a Sales Associate at Naval Air Station Lemoore. The role involves engaging with customers, providing information on merchandise and promotions, and maintaining store appearance while delivering excellent customer service.

Information Technology

Responsibilities

Proactively engages, connects and listens to customers by asking questions to determine customers’ needs

Directing customers to merchandise; informing them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card promotions all while providing premier customer service

Maintains store appearance

Using a Point-of-Sales system, processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customer

Required

Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties

Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check

Be available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
