Responsibilities

Assisting with hiring and recruiting

Collaborating to manage and execute college recruiting, marketing and partnership strategies

Immigration and required reporting

Salary administration

Overseeing all payroll activities, such as preparation, filing and reconciliation of state and federal tax returns, preparation of W-2s and submission of all payroll reporting

Serving as a divisional leader and working closely with the team in coaching and counseling on various employment related matters

Maintaining state and federal regulatory compliance requirements

Reviewing and updating policy and procedure manuals

Overseeing the administration and tracking of leave programs

Staying up to date on HR trends and legal regulations, recommending and implementing changes as necessary

Creating and presenting functional training topics including harassment and diversity

Assisting with Corporate training requirements

Division-wide communications and investigations as needed
