Assist and collaborate with the Cancer Registrar in abstracting of cancer cases

Assisting with conferences

Preparing agenda for conference and assuring clinical materials for conferences is available

Responsible for follow-up of all cancer patients in the Cancer Registry

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

Oncology Data SpecialistHealth Information ManagementHealth Information TechnologyCustomer ServiceCollaboration

Required

High School or Equivalent

2 years general medical or healthcare

OR an associate degree with an active Oncology Data Specialist (ODS)

Preferred

Health Information Management (HIM) or Health Information Technology (HIT)
