Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Required

Proven Sales Experience: 1+ year of phone sales experience with a focus on high-volume calling (200–300 calls/day)
Engaged & Open-Minded: Eager to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable & Professional: Punctual and dedicated to working on-site Monday–Friday
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Computer literate, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Strong selling, negotiation, and time-management skills
