Responsibilities

Configuration, build, testing, deployment and support of Epic HB including build specifications, change control, unit/regression/UAT testing, go-live and post-go-live support

Collaborate with revenue cycle operations (billing, coding, HIM, finance), clinical departments, IT partners, and vendor/third-party teams to align system design with business and operational requirements

Analyze current state revenue cycle workflows and future state goals; identify gaps, propose system optimization opportunities, lead build/design to achieve efficiencies, compliance and revenue integrity

Monitor system performance, issue resolution, reporting of metrics (e.g., billing/claims throughput, denial rates, work-queues, system incidents) and lead continuous improvement efforts

Maintain configuration documentation, build logs, workflow maps, test scripts, decision logs, and ensure system compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Provide on-call or after-hours support as needed during upgrade or go-live windows, escalation of critical issues
