Responsibilities

Leads and develops contract analyst team in drafting, negotiating, and executing complex Gathering & Processing, NGL Services, and Marketing agreements
Manages performance and workforce planning including professional development and assignment of resources for contract management and special projects
Drives contract operations strategy implementing systems, process improvements, and maintaining lifecycle management standards to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
Oversees drafting and execution of commercial agreements ensuring compliance with policies and coordinating briefs, risk assessments, and executive summaries
Serves as primary liaison with Commercial and Legal teams resolving business and legal issues and supporting new business development and special projects
Optimizes Contract Lifecycle Management and business systems ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and leading IT, Audit, and Compliance initiatives
Promotes continuous improvement across stakeholder teams to deliver accurate, efficient execution of agreements that maximize value and mitigate risk
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Legal related
Minimum five (5) years' experience
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Conduct meetings with SOX audit, E&Y auditors and Internal Audit
Excellent written communication for drafting custom contract provisions
Possesses strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring a team

Preferred

Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Legal related
Minimum three (3) years' experience
