Bookkeeper
Responsibilities
Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts for this firm and all it's entities
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely processing of payroll
Reconciliation of monthly statements
Manage all aspects of the general ledger and reports
Ability to meet deadlines while working independantly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in related field
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail oriented
