Responsibilities
Process high-volume orders accurately and efficiently using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other software tools like SAP, Reynolds and Reynolds, and Lightspeed
Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for aftermarket parts and services, from order entry to delivery
Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering) and external partners to confirm order details and provide updates
Handle merchandise by receiving, unpacking, checking, and verifying products to ensure accuracy
Utilize handheld RF tools to receive items into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Pick and pack parts for order fulfillment and shipments
Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to support physical inventory
Generate reports on order status, fulfillment rates, and potential bottlenecks to identify areas for improvement
Address and resolve order-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Maintain accurate records of all orders, communications, and resolutions
Fill requisitions and work orders, distributing items to technicians or assembly lines
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing, automotive, or technology company
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), strong data entry skills, and expertise with warehouse ERP inventory systems
Experience in the automotive industry and comfort working around technicians
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience putting together spreadsheets and tables, and proficiency in Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
Experience with basic supply chain skills
