Senior Associate, Treasury and ALM

They are seeking a Senior Associate to join their Resolution Planning team, where the successful candidate will support project management, compliance with internal policies, and contribute to the development of recovery and resolution planning.

Responsibilities

Has a foundational knowledge of effective project management concepts and tools
Supports compliance with internal policies and standards including document retention, resiliency preparedness, and controls
Assists with program setup and plan document modification
Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and corporate guidance related to recovery and resolution planning
Supports the process for compiling complete and accurate documentation and analyses for management reports/briefings including materials for Resolvability Steering Committee meetings
Under moderate supervision, conducts research, data gathering, and analyses in support of more senior team members tasked with developing, maintaining, and testing components, capabilities, and sections of various recovery and resolution plans
Completes quality assurance review of recovery and resolution planning content to ensure alignment with documented standards, reporting on unexpected/undesired results, may require collaboration with senior staff to determine a solution
Reviews work with more senior professionals to improve own work
Escalates unprecedented and complex issues to more senior team members/management
Cultivates effective relationships with peers in the businesses, corporate staff functions, Risk Management, and Audit
Begins to acquire an understanding of some of the more complex assignments across recovery and resolution planning
Conducts ad-hoc analyses/reporting as requested

Required

Bachelor‘s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
3–5 years of total work experience preferred
Experience with program and project management, effectively collaborating with stakeholders outside your immediate team, and continuous process improvements including the use of AI and automation tool
