Responsibilities
Investigations and litigation under the False Claims Act
Alleged violations of the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse laws
Investigations under the Controlled Substances Act, Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act, and other federal and state drug laws
Investigations and compliance audits pertaining to Medicare Advantage risk adjustments
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of litigation experience
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active law license in a U.S. jurisdiction in good standing
Preferred
Healthcare fraud and abuse experience
Work experience at a U.S. Attorney's Office or the U.S. Department of Justice
Federal judicial clerkship experience
