Responsibilities
Break down annual sales targets into quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to drive consistent performance
Execute sales activities in alignment with company strategy to achieve and exceed sales goals
Identify, develop, and manage new sales channels while maintaining strong customer relationships
Explore new application markets in line with product innovation and market trends
Partner with internal teams to deliver effective after-sales support and resolve customer issues
Support the planning and execution of customer-facing marketing and promotional activities
Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Contribute customer application cases and success stories
Qualification
Required
2+ years of relevant sales experience, with strengths in channel development, marketing, and cross-functional collaboration
Background in consumer goods or electronics sales; experience with 3D printers or 3D scanners is a strong advantage
Strong communicator with a results-driven mindset, clear thinking, and a positive, proactive attitude
