Responsibilities

Build strong client relationships and trust through a consultative sales approach, guiding clients to fully understand their insurance options and select the most suitable carrier
Educate clients on the value of Guardian Service's offerings
Sell and service home, auto, umbrella / liability and other personal insurance products
Foster strong client relationships that drive referrals and renewals
Maintain accurate records and consistently check on clients’ coverage needs
Provide valuable feedback and contribute to company growth

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of high volume sales experience
1+ years of insurance sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
A passion for customer success
Must possess active Property & Casualty insurance license
