Responsibilities
Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to identify training needs
Facilitate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) onboarding trainings and other necessary trainings, addressing questions from trainees during sessions
Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, materials, and equipment for training events
Maintain a comprehensive database of all training materials, trainee attendance, progress, and achievements
Conduct employee surveys, competency evaluations, and interviews to measure training efficacy
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with various levels of leadership and staff
Proficient in maintaining training databases and generating reports
Experience in conducting surveys and evaluations to assess training outcomes
