Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing business systems
Ensure AI models support enterprise-grade workloads , focusing on efficiency, adaptability, and security
Develop and optimize AI algorithms for predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and automation in professional services
Apply machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) techniques to enhance decision-making and business intelligence
Architect robust data pipelines to support AI model training and inference
Implement automated data collection, integration, cleansing, and transformation techniques to ensure high-quality data inputs
Collaborate with data engineering teams to align AI solutions with real-world business applications
Train AI models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques , refining them based on business insights
Define model performance metrics to ensure AI solutions deliver tangible value
Work alongside software engineers and business consultants to integrate AI solutions into professional services applications
Ensure AI components interact seamlessly with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, workflow automation tools, and analytics dashboards
Embed AI fairness, transparency, and accountability principles into AI systems, ensuring ethical AI deployment
Stay updated on AI governance policies and compliance frameworks related to professional services and enterprise AI applications
Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, frameworks, and cloud technologies
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent, in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. Solid understanding of various fine tuning techniques like full fine tuning, PEFT techniques like LoRA, QLoRA and the strategy to adopt for various use cases
Solid understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and methodologies
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions
Experience in defining and implementing AI/ML architectural patterns and best practices
Experience in Designing, developing and deploying robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions
Proven understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud) and experience deploying AI models on these platforms
Proficiency in languages such as Python, Scala, or Java
In-depth knowledge of both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Vector databases, MongoDB, Cassandra etc.)
Strong expertise in Gen AI/AI libraries / frameworks, including but not limited to LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit and Keras
Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark for large-scale data processing
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
Preferred
Knowledge of Responsible AI practices and compliance with relevant laws is a plus
