Responsibilities
Lead and support the execution of athlete memorabilia signings, events and virtual appearances
Serve as a key liaison with athletes, agents and internal departments throughout the signing process and contract
Support the tracking and logistics of product, athlete requests and contract assets for our partnerships
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
Maintain accurate records and reconcile expense reports for signing-related activities
Represent Fanatics with professionalism and enthusiasm at Fanatics events which involve extensive travel, manual labor, nights, weekends and holidays
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in sports, events, relationship management, or related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and problem-solve in time-sensitive situations
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage relationships with high-profile individuals
Passion for working within a highly collaborative and driven team
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, along with heavy travel
