Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

Lead the identification and analysis of cyber threats targeting agency infrastructure, users, and data
Aggregate, correlate, and assess intelligence from open source, commercial, government, and classified sources
Produce and deliver threat intelligence reports, briefings, and recommendations for leadership and technical teams
Track and profile threat actors, campaigns, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) relevant to the federal sector
Collaborate with SOC, incident response, and vulnerability management teams to inform detection, response, and mitigation strategies
Develop and refine intelligence collection methodologies, analytic frameworks, and reporting standards
Support the integration of threat intelligence into security tools, SIEM, and operational workflows
Mentor and guide junior analysts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of threat intelligence program

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, security operations, or related roles
Strong understanding of threat intelligence lifecycle, attacker TTPs, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework
Experience with intelligence platforms, SIEM, and threat data enrichment tools
Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills
Ability to pass an MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance

Preferred

Professional certifications such as Security+, GCTI, GCIA, CISSP, or similar
Experience supporting federal or public sector environments
Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructure threat intelligence
