Act as the first point of contact for team members seeking assistance with workplace concerns, policies, and procedures
Collect and document relevant details regarding workplace issues, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Provide basic guidance on company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations
Assess cases and escalate more complex issues to Workplace Solutions Specialist or other appropriate departments as needed
Maintain detailed and organized records of team member concerns and resolutions in Company systems
Assist in ensuring adherence to workplace policies and employment laws by providing accurate information and directing team members to appropriate resources
Support the Workplace Solutions team in preparing training materials and assisting with team member education initiatives
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information, including team member records, personal data, and workplace concerns

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work in an office setting full-time (this is not a remote position)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
