Responsibilities
Create platform native content: Write sharp copy and produce simple visuals and short form videos designed for each channel
Own the content rhythm: Build the weekly plan, schedule posts, and keep publishing consistent with our voice and standards
Show up in the comments: Reply to DMs, comments, and mentions in a friendly, human way that strengthens the community
Report what matters: Track performance like reach, engagement, saves, and shares, then turn it into clear takeaways the team can use
Support launches and campaigns: Help execute giveaways, social pushes, and partner collabs from setup to follow through
Stay ahead of trends: Monitor new formats, creators, tools, and platform changes, then recommend what we should test next
Grow community and relationships: Engage with relevant communities and creators to expand reach and build credibility
Collaborate cross functionally: Work closely with marketing to ensure social supports the bigger company goals
Qualification
Required
Comfortable across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
Strong writing and editing skills with real attention to detail
Basic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Familiar with scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
Preferred
Prior experience running social accounts, personal or professional, is a plus
