Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the creation of comprehensive documentation outlining assessment methodologies and procedures for both vendor and production on-set evaluations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards
Develop and maintain centralized dashboards and metrics to track production security activity, analyze trends, and provide insights to leadership
Document security guidelines and best practices shared with production teams, helping set clear operational guidelines throughout the production process
Maintain, and oversee the content security protocols for the High Security Card Reader program
Lead vendor and production tool evaluations (from a security perspective), conduct on-site audits, monitor vendor performance, and document findings to support continuous improvement and compliance
Deliver training programs and scenario-based workshops to strengthen early planning, while advising production executives on security considerations and emerging risks
Participate in after-action reviews, translating lessons learned into improved processes, updated protocols, and refined security practices across productions

Required

BA/BS degree in any field or equivalent years of work experience
5+ years of experience in technical program management within the technology and media sector
Strong understanding of technical concepts and principals, particularly as they relate to use of technical solutions in Media & Entertainment
Deep understanding of Content Security policies and requirements, and ability to convey requirements to business stakeholders
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience crafting technical communications for executive-level audiences
Tech-savvy and well-versed in Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, Keynote, Tableau, and Power BI
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives requiring influence across technical and business stakeholders
Experience interfacing with engineering teams and security operations to implement and optimize security tools and technologies
Ability to work in person Monday – Thursday in Glendale, CA
