Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve the Selling Partner experience on Amazon and translate those opportunities into products and features
Work with our tech partners and draw upon your experience to make the right trade-offs, unblock them when needed, and build synergies between multiple tech and product teams
Be responsible for communicating our innovations to our stakeholder teams and broader selling community, when necessary
Work with internal customers to understand their use cases and their existing solutions
Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability (i.e. goals and standard reporting mechanisms)
Have the ability to query and analyze data, and come up with insightful findings out of data
Mentor and guide the product managers in our organization and hold us to a high standard of product, technical rigor, and excellence
Work with internal customers to identify and understand their pain points and desired outcomes
Define and prioritize requirements and manage product roadmap
Use your technical judgment and understanding to test assumptions
Think big to build durable products that anticipate future pain points
Address bottlenecks, identify inefficiencies, anticipate and make tradeoffs; balance the business and customers’ needs versus technical constraints
Deliver products on time with the right feature set and high quality
Evangelize product benefits, simplify onboarding and usability, and drive adoption

Required

Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management

Preferred

Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
