Responsibilities

Administer Power Platform environments, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse

Monitor platform usage, performance, and licensing to ensure optimal resource allocation

Implement governance policies and data loss prevention (DLP) strategies across Power Platform solutions

Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within Power Platform environments

Collaborate with IT leadership to define and enforce best practices for platform administration and lifecycle management

Troubleshoot platform-level issues and coordinate with Microsoft support as needed

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics

Design, build, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps to streamline workflows and improve productivity

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Finance, HR, Practice Groups, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and external data sources

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting and application solutions

Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Power Apps functionality

Stay current with Microsoft platform updates and recommend enhancements to existing solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling

2+ years of experience with Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be persuasive and clear and demonstrate active listening skills

Experience with Power Platform Admin Center and environment lifecycle management

Knowledge of licensing models and capacity planning for Power Platform

Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliance tools related to Power Platform

Ability to work well with multiple deadlines and demonstrate innovative problem solving and prioritization skills. Must be able to multi-task and have strong attention to detail

Preferred

Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus

Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online

Familiarity with SQL, Azure services, and Microsoft Dynamics

Understanding of legal billing systems, document management systems, or CRM platforms

Experience with governance and compliance in data reporting

Understanding of legal operations, data visualization, and low-code/no-code application development
