Responsibilities
Proactively investigate and resolve network monitoring alerts using available documentation and research
Diagnose circuit issues using router commands, loopback tests, error/alarm analysis, and other troubleshooting methods
Monitor network performance using specialized tools; escalate issues as needed
Create and maintain incident tickets using Remedy
Provide real-time troubleshooting across a global network infrastructure
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant experience
Practical experience with LAN/WAN technologies including Ethernet, MPLS, VPNs, and wireless networking
Strong verbal and written communication skills
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent)
Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for upgrade to Top Secret
