Williams International is a privately-owned company that develops and manufactures jet engines for both military and commercial aircraft applications. They are seeking Engineers (Rotational) to join their team, where recent college graduates will rotate through different engineering disciplines to develop a comprehensive understanding of the product before being placed into a regular engineering assignment.

Responsibilities

Spend approximately six months’ time in each of two to three different engineering disciplines developing a comprehensive understanding of the product

Participate in a combination of design, manufacturing, product development and analytical roles during the rotation

At the end of the rotation, be placed into a regular engineering assignment that suits the skills/interest of the individual and the needs of the company

Required

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical, Mechanical, Computer, Electrical, Materials Science, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or similar technical discipline with an interest in gas turbine engine design and development

A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above, preferred

Candidates should be self-motivated and proactive with excellent communication skills

U.S. citizenship is required

Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Preferred

One to two years of summer intern or co-op experience in an engineering environment is desirable

Previous exposure to NX CAD/CAM, Python and ANSYS FEA/CFD is a plus
