Lead the organization through the year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Prepare the finance team for the annual audit, serving as the primary liaison with the external audit firm

Report directly to the President

Review and approve journal entries and key accounting activities

Establish, document, and communicate year-end close policies and procedures

Prepare and review financial statements

Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-making
