Ensure Compliance with company standards that support our mission
Use Data Analytics and AI Tools to help deliver more efficient audit results
Oversee and Develop Senior and Staff Auditors in audit principles, standards, performance evaluations, and team feedback
Become a Trusted Advisor by developing relationships with other teams. Be a go-to resource across the organization to solve issues
Qualification
Required
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Experience in audit planning and evaluation of control effectiveness
Ability to identify process improvements
Knowledge of compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Experience in providing guidance and development opportunities to audit staff
Ability to drive efficiencies through innovative methodologies
Strong communication skills to convey findings to key stakeholders
Project management skills to create audit plans and direct workflows
Experience managing audit projects and project updates
Ability to manage audit project deadlines and update partners on deliverables
Experience presenting plans and insights to auditors, businesses, and senior-level management
