Own and define end-to-end process strategy ( O2C )
Align siloed global process owners
Lead standardization vs. differentiation decisions
Establish process governance and review forums
Partner with ERP and IT teams to enable change
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Process Owner or Process Architect
Strong Order-to-Cash expertise in manufacturing
Ability to connect strategy, process, and technology
